I take one at night and am about 60% better in the morning, until around noon. I may try taking a 2nd one at lunchtime and see what happens.

OMG! I didn't know what to expect but after a few days I noticed my knee pain wasn't so bad. A week later the pain was gone. I could walk up stairs again without any discomfort. I will keep these in stock.
