Eligibility for Returns
- In order to qualify for a return, the product must remain unopened.
- Purchases must be made within the last 30 days to be eligible for a refund.
- The item must be in the same condition you received it in.
Costs & Labels
- Once a return request is accepted, we will email you a return label so you can send back the product at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Processing
- After receiving your return in our warehouse and inspecting the item to ensure it's in good condition, we will initiate the refund process.
- You will be notified via email once we've received your returned item and when we begin the refund process.
Refund Timing
- While we process the refund immediately on our end, the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank. It will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- We gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged at no cost to you.
- If you believe you received a faulty product, please contact us, and we'll coordinate the next steps to ensure you receive a replacement.
Sale Items
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping & Insurance
- Although we offer a free return label, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- To ensure the safety of your returns, consider insuring your shipment to us. This gives you peace of mind, knowing that even if there are shipping issues, you're covered.
