When replenishing your stash, you’ll come across two options for your CBD: full-spectrum and isolate.

Full-Spectrum CBD contains all the cannabinoids in the cannabis plant, boosting each other’s properties and creating the entourage effect, making the user more prone to the full impact of the terpenes and cannabinoids.

Isolate CBD on the other hand is purified CBD extracted from the cannabis plant without other terpenes or cannabinoids (isolated).

Both are effective and it comes down to preferences. Even though it has been proven that full-spectrum CBD can be effectively used to treat a vast range of conditions and produces a greater level of relief, Isolate CBD might still be a better choice for some. It all depends to the tolerance to the other cannabinoids –including small amounts of THC- or the need for the full capabilities of full-spectrum CBD.

If you want a holistic approach, then full-spectrum CBD is the clear option. If what you need is a purer and controlled method, then Isolate CBD may be your best bet.
